Agada Tantra is one of the Ashtanga of Ayurveda, dealing with toxicology. This branch deals with study of the toxins, their effect on the body, clinical manifestation, diagnosis of acute, chronic and cumulative toxicity and its management. Cumulative toxicity deals with accumulation of poison in the body through everyday consumption of unhealthy food, unprocessed and junk foods. It becomes a mandatory measure to understand it for better approach in management.
